Return and Refund Policy

At 220 Supply, every item is made and fulfilled with care. Because many of our pieces are produced on demand, we do not offer traditional returns. Please read the policy below before completing your purchase.

All Sales Are Final

All purchases from 220 Supply are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, buyer’s remorse, or preference changes. Please review size charts, product descriptions, and photos before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, we will make it right.

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Approved cases will be replaced or corrected at no cost to you.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please file a claim directly with the carrier. We will assist when possible, but replacements are not guaranteed.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun. Most orders begin processing within a few hours of payment.

Shipping Address Errors

Please double-check your address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.
